Further to my review. I am a senior I am advised that my money for the sofa is their to keep when I advised them because of the round around I have received I purchased a sofa from another supplier. Is this how a large corporation treating seniors? I advise anyone dealing with this establishment to use caution. I was taken to the cleaners!!!! I wanted a sofa on the floor and was advised to wait until September.!!!! I have no sofa since ovember and needed one for the sake of my mental.
High sales pressure. They expect you to buy the overpriced mattress pad just to do a exchange. Both HQ and locally were told that the retail cover was still on it, they still refused a exchange within 30 days. So much for better experience.
