Made an appointment with Cathy like a week in advanced i asked for coffin french nails when i came in she was really rushing on my nails, some were crooked and when she was applying the acrylic it was really thick and not the shape i wanted, which i wasn’t concerned because i know its fixable by filling… i was so wrong she didnt file the acrylic down nor did she shape it to the shape i wanted..

This was my first time there with my daughter and granddaughter(7) to get a pedicure. I was very disappointed to find out (after the fact) that they guide everyone who walks in to choose their colour from the Shellac collection, without telling you!?! We should be given the option like regular salons. A) Shellac is more expensive; B) shellac harms your nail; C) Shellac is not as necessary for pedicures vs manicures; and, D) there is an additional cost to remove shellac. NOT impressed!

Horrible...do not waste your money. Used the wrong product on me. My nails broke within 24 hours, when I finally got in for a repair they charged me. I now have three more broken just a few days after. I NEVER had this issue with LCN at my old place. They talk about you in a language you cant understand..it is totally unprofessional.

Been going here for almost 2 years now....best nail artist I know and her nails last!!! They have got very busy but she does her best and they work long hours trying to please everyone.

My technician was v rough, and in my opinion over filed my nails down. I showed her a picture of the nail art I was hoping to get and she advised that they didnt have the exact same colours, which was fine, but I ended up with sloppy zebra stripes and crooked lines because she used the same brush that comes with the polish to try to do nail art. The building was also uncomfortably freezing. FAIL. I will not be going back. Ill wait to get in with my girl, as she takes pride in her work.

Had a scheduled apt - 65 minutes later left without having nails done. Very unprofessional to be speaking in language that you know your customers dont understand despite fact that you can speak your customers language.

Quyen is the best at what she does! Very talented at nail art and the shaping of her nails are always perfect!! Great quality products, not one nail has chipped or broke in almost a year!

My family went there to get manicure and pedicure done, this salon always clean, staffs are very friendly and get very well done job. I will keep bringing my family and friend back to get my nail done.

I decided to write a review, because of the poor experience I had this morning. I decided to get a pedicure before my trip , and since country nails is close to home, I decided to have my nails done there. As I was having my pedicure done, I was reading reviews on the salon, a majority of which are negative. My pedicure was done well, however, the nail polish products were quite disappointing. The first colour would not dry and kept running. The technician herself decided to remove everything.

The atmosphere is great!!! Love my nails and continue to go back every month.
