Purchased a sofa bed that trapped moisture and grew mold like a petri dish. Had to go into their store twice for refunds and complain several times about their crap extended warranty. Still out $160 for a replacement mattress.
UPDATE: The replacement mattress arrived and was the wrong kind. I called them, and this time they said theyd send the right one, remove the old mattress(es) at no charge. A good improvement over my experience so far.
