Our company started from personal experience with bed bugs and many years working for large nationally owned pest control companies. One of the owners of Local Pest Control owned an apartment building that became infested with bed bugs.
I requested for a free inspection because I suspected there might be rat problem in my garage. A technician Jamie was promptly sent to do the inspection the next day. He was polite and professional, and helped me understand the situation. I am very happy with Local Pest Control LTD. & will use its service again if needed
I had noticed some bugs and I was very worried, I called Local Pest Control and left a message, within half an hour Chris returned my call. I explained to him the situation and I asked him for his expertise to verify if the bug that I had noticed was a bed bug or not, I sent them a couple of pictures and he promptly replied and helped me understand the type of bugs. I definitely recommend them as they provide great service. Thank you Chris and thank you Local Pest Control.
Chris spent nearly an hour in my suite.He was very reassuring and was very clear about my options for treatment. I didn't feel pressured to jump into any costly treatments I wasn't prepared for, and took time explaining my rights and responsibilities as a tenant. Really great customer service, I highly recommend!
Great customer service! Called me back after leaving a message for my concern. They got me to text some pictures along, and soon relieved me that I shouldn't be concerned. We had issues with Bed Bugs and after trying a few other "reputable" Pest Control companies we were still left with Bed Bugs even after their follow up visits.
We called BC Bug which is now Local Pest Control? and they had a technician at our house within 3 hours doing an inspection. After verifying it was in fact bed bugs they explained the prep process and were back the next morning spraying.
I can now say it's a few weeks later and we haven't seen a single bug anywhere. The techs were polite and Denise in the office was great and very understanding.
I would highly recommend them in the future.
Stay away from this Company!!!!!! Made plans to leave our house overnight because it was getting sprayed for Ants. Over an hour and a half late, called to ask what was going on. Owner Chris was super rude and told me they were not coming out anymore. Really unprofessional and there are lots of other companies to choose from.
If the owner behaves like this I can't imagine how his employees would have been. Glad they never ended up doing any work here.
