I have nothing but great things to say about Lisa and her staff. Lisa was extremely helpful went out of her way to get me the garment I needed and pleasant. I will return for further purchases and much as i can!!!

I would like to express my disgust about the unprofessionalism and customer service at Coquitlam location.The manager Lisa was crude, unrelenting and absolutely rude! As a customer who spends hundreds of dollars within minutes, I was rudely suprised. I recommend that you do not shop there, only to be humiliated and patronized, another manager like Lisa and Laura will declare bankruptcy, and perhaps she should learn customer service from her employees because I was very happy with their service.

Very very helpful, Tetyana went beyond, very pleasant . I was surprised at the large selection so late after Christmas. Would certainly recommend this shop for anyone.
