Vince is a really nice guy but unfortunately 3 weeks after our home inspection. There was a leak in my roof that came through my upstairs bathroom ceiling. I called a contractor in and he said that leak was happening for some time just finally came through. I called Vince as he missed that major issue and he tried denying everything he said to me. My report stated the roof was in good condition. I'm sorry but I would not recommend him.
