Kelowna Medical Imaging

They made me wait 20 minutes passed my appointment time with a full bladder. The inexperienced technician came in and screened me first, then the senior technician did it again for 15mins more. I had to hold my bladder for a total of 50 minutes beyond my scheduled time. I feel like they are not very considerate for people holding a full bladder. I took many ultrasounds before at another location and they never make a patient wait that long because they know how uncomfortable it can be.

Based on the extremely rude (to the point of discriminatory) service I received today from their receptionists, I’d never go back to this business!

I never thought a mammogram could be that stress free! They were incredibly polite, on time and the lady who did the mammogram had me laughing the whole time. Definitely 5 stars!

they dont know how to answer phone calls. Waited on hold for 8 minutes, hung up and called back 1/2 hour later. Its still on hold and 15 minutes have passed. If it wasnt a Dr. referral I would go eleswhere.

Front desk here has always been great to deal with. Our poor experience was with the ultrasound tech. She seemed very rushed, stressed, and was down right angry and rude throughout our visit. In the end she didn't even do the proper test that our requisition asked for. I've sent a proper letter of complaint through to their main contact as I feel that leaving reviews may not be effective at helping positive change to happen at this clinic.

Considering they deal with things like mammograms a very sensitive issue the reception is AWFUL, RUDE and VERY INSENSITIVE. They change up how their protocol every other time they talk to. Absolutely awful. It's incredibly unfortunate that this is the only place that deals with mammograms, if you can go anywhere else for your ultrasound DO IT! they need to take a course to teach them how to appropriately deal with customers and proper phone etiquette and manor.

Reception was probably the rudest person ive dealt with on the phone ever. Very condensending and hung up on me. I hope I never have to call the x ray clinic again.
