Sadly we hired Chris to build our 4000sqft home in West Van. He said all the right things but it turns out Chris has no formal training or experience in construction, purchased the company from the original owner, never shows up to the site, pays a foreman $60/hr and bills him out at $90 then charges his 10% on that markup, has no actual builders working for him. It is a call center. He was 2yrs and 2mill over his estimate. Beware!!!
