The Chinatown location of this popular Asian grocery chain is well known for its friendly, helpful staff and large selection of unique, reasonably priced products. The supermarket is separated into several sections: produce, meat, grocery, bakery, gourmet products and a cold deli area. The fish selection is as fresh as possible (it’s still swimming!) and their full-service meat department carries several pre-marinated varieties. If you don’t feel like cooking you can also order sushi or hot deli take-out here.

Head to Chinatown’s mega Asian supermarket for some of the more unusual pickings from the sea. Choose from geoduck, sea cucumbers or live crab and lobster, or reach into baskets of clams, mussels and oysters for your pick of the choicest mollusks. Much of their signage is in Chinese, but friendly fishmongers are happy to tell you what’s what.
