My boyfriend and ...
My boyfriend and I used an accountant named from this company to file a few years of taxes. He messed up multiple times on our tax refund and we kept having to correct his basic addition problems. He failed to accurately report our income despite being given T4s. When I tried to address this, he actually interrupted me to say "listen LADY, you signed off on it so it's your problem." Not even an apology for his mistake that is costing us money. Bad accountant with bad customer service!!!!
