MakerLabs is Vancouver's largest maker space. We provide the tools, space and know-how to allow anybody to create almost anything! MakerLabs (makerspace + fablab) was born out of a vision to create the best possible space for making. There is 42'000 square feet of workshops, common areas and studios. The communal works areas include: wood shop, metal shop, CNC router table, laser cutters, sewing machines and electronics area. Each tool and work area have a class to teach people how to safely use each of them and create. A strong maker community has been cultivated at MakerLabs. One of exchanging knowledge, helping each other and collaborating.
