WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
I went to la swiss with a coworker looking for a specific watch to purchase. It wasn’t busy (we were the only ones in the store), but it still took them 10 minutes to ask us if we needed any help. This would have been fine if it was the sales person, but it was the security guard, and he stood right by us till we left. Even after that happened, the sales person still wouldn’t approach us to offer us help. The only way they could have made it more obvious that they wanted us to leave was if they told us so.
