These guys are absolutely jokers, especially the person that answers the phone at their office number called Maria. She didn’t take my service order seriously, instead once she pulled my service order number up for the second time, she started laughing and put me on hold with out telling me. I was being polite and just wanted more Information on what I should do next. Aside from that the technician that came was fine he was professional and polite, but was not very informative on the steps.
