very disappointed, never step foot near this salon

i went in to get a hair TRIM at this salon, thinking i could get my split ends off for the summer, so possibly around 1 inch at most cut off? the lady told me the exact amount she would cut off and it was absolutely a good length. I had hair only a few inches away from my bum and i loved it since hair is very important to me at my age. I came out of the salon with shoulder length hair, i have been depressed over this for well over one month and i recommend nobody to ever step foot in this salon if you love your hair, i only recommend it if you are not willing to pay much and want all your hair chopped off. This salon has already ruined my senior year, and this place should be shut down i cannot stop crying each day and night.
