I took my ten year old gold Concord watch in to have the battery replaced. Not only did Andy replace the battery but he also polished the watch band to make it look new again. I have had many complements about how good my watch looks. Nobody thinks it is ten years old. Thanks Andy.

First time customer but very impressed with the service I received. I tried to make bracelet shorter. Visit 7 places. Jewelers and watches repair. All of them told me they have no right tools take 4 links out of bracelet. Andy looked at bracelet and told me if I have 15 minute he can do it. Beautiful job!!!!! Andy was very friendly. Service and price was excellent. I do not hesitate to recommend this company!

Cost half the price for a repair on my grandmas ring.. all the others wanted double for the repair....beautiful job.... nice couple ... Will do my shopping there any time.

I had a ring resized and they did an amazing job. They are now resizing another ring. Both rings had to be made bigger which is difficult to do. Will definitely go there again.

Was really impressed with Andy and Jenny. They are friendly and customer service was excellent. Andy put new batteries in five of my watches and Jenny cleaned my Silver charm bracelets and earrings. I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently Andy replaces the batteries.

Great Family business the whole family has always treated me very well! When I ask to have something repaired it is done perfectly and I am picky! I brought in a pair of silver earrings purchased in Mexico. They kept dropping out of my ear lobes so I asked for them to be altered and fitted with shepards hooks. I am very happy with the results and the cost was reasonable as well. Polite and pleasant customer service too.

Very nice staff, Jenny is so kind and bubbly. I love stopping by just to chat. Ive repaired and re-sized multiple pieces of jewelry with them and they always take good care of my items. My husband has also had his watch serviced here. Great establishment.

Don’t take any rings in for Re sizing first time made them too small and had to re size them didn’t measure it properly the first time Very rude and nasty owners blaming the customer as to they are the professionals and should know what they are doing but they don’t Very expensive also demand payment up front
