Very poor customer service,poor attitude ,threatens when youcomplain.I paid 100 to fix my blackberry phones for water damage & he said he has fixed the problem & gave me an external charger saying that i should insert the batteries after charging with the same first time but it didnt work.Then i complained to BBB & he rectified the problem but thereafter again the phones stopped working & when i went back he threatened me with consequences & didnt repair the phones

Brought my phone ...

Brought my phone in for a screen replacement and after they "fixed" it, I had major technical issues and could not use the phone. it was deleting contacts. I brought it back again and they "fixed" it again but I soon realized the screen was loose on one side. I brought it back a third time, left it with them for over 8 hours and when I called to check in, they said they "kinda fixed" it and when I arrived to pick up the phone, the screen was still loose!! so he glued it. ridiculous.
