RTC Container Sales

I bought a container from RTC. Great service, really responsive, came quicker than I expected it to. The modifications I asked for were done well and the shop called to recommend some changes. Really happy with my container!

Said the doors would be in “good working condition” as per contract. We ordered 10 containers spending over $50k and 3 sets of doors barley at all. They also jack knived one of the containers into a utility pole and damaged it, but did not resolve the issue. Totally unprofessional. DO NOT PAY UP FRONT! Wait until all the containers are on site and meticulously checked before paying, even if they ask for money sooner. That was my mistake. Worst business I have dealt with.

Called to order container, called back to cancel 16 minutes later as I had an offer from a friend to store my household goods. Called and spoke to Kim 3 times and she informed me my $300 would become an admin fee and was non refundable. Emailed, called, 3 days in a row and no response. These containers are selling so fast they told me. There is no way the ordered it in the 16 minutes had my cc. Great customer service folks. What comes around goes around. Do the right thing!

Don't buy from RTC!!! Terribly lazy owner with zero customer service skills. RTC sold me a container that was ready for the scrap metal yard after I was sent pictures of one that looked in way better shape. I was overcharged for a window install that leaked the first day of rain. I also didn't get the refund I was told I would get. Go anywhere else
