I received my quote the next day & work commenced the next week. I added additional work to be done & even with the additional work they stayed within a very tight time frame & completed. Now my neighbours walk by & taking pictures of the finished job as it looks absolutely outstanding. Gary was a pleasure to work with & any questions or concerns that I had, he dealt with right away. Everyone at Father and Sons was courteous & professional & take pride in their work. I am a very happy customer!
Employees were rude and aggressive. They talked and yelled over me when I pointed out their shoddy work and left without fixing their mess. They have ignored any and all attempts to contact them and resolve the issue. I ended up having to pay someone else to demolish and redo their mess. STAY AWAY!
We appreciated that Father & Son is a family business,
The telephone office worker &receptionist Chitwyn was polite and efficient. I submitted via email sketch of the property layout to aid in the quote.
A quote was sent to my email by the next day. The lead estimator Addie , was intuitive and ,meticulous at his job , before , during and after the installation.
The head of the company , Sam was courteous, genuinely friendly and approachable. We are pleased with the fence and gates.
That is my biggest mistake to trust on this company. I understand things are harder with COVID. My main point is that this company promised the project would be completed in 3 weeks (I still have that proof in writing). They has the ability to finish within the time frame if the management choose to do so. Finally, it took 3 months.
My project is delayed because the management choose to work on other projects instead of mines and may have taken more jobs than the company can handled.
