It was a simple repair of a gold pendant brought in on Wednesday. We were told that it would be ready by tomorrow afternoon. Turned out it was ready 8 days later. That wasn't next day, it wasn't even next week.
On their home page, under their commitment, it said "If you bring in your jewellery repair no later than 10:00 a.m. Thursday, you will have it back by noon the very next day". Do they know what "commitment" means ? Would give them no star if I can.
This review has been up for over a year now , while it is unfortunate that this repair was delayed, human error will periodically show up , we perform hundreds of jewellery repairs each month and do all we can to ensure they are all completed on time and on budget . After more than 30 years in business we are proud of our service , I apologise that this particular repair was late.

my experience at Seafair Jewellers
Last week I brought in my mothers rings to be cleaned and polished, and to replace a missing diamond for her birthday. The rings were returned to me the next day and the price I owed was less than quoted. I was overwhelmed with the shine of the cleaned rings as they looked like new once again! I was fully satisfied with the services provided by Scott at Seafair Jewellers and I feel confident in recommending my friends to go there because I know they will get the same outstanding service that I received.
