Horribly incompetent company paid them to freight a package and they destroyed the bag and damaged its contents when they had no right to handle it in such a way. Would never recommend if you want your goods to arrive intact, or arrive at all. They denied all responsibility and did nothing to rectify the situation. Rude and incompetent. Zero stars.
Very disappointing episode where I was not informed of the service limitations (I specifically asked for to the door when they only deliver to an airport). This would have been ok however I was unable to collect immediately and racked up storage costs with the local agent. Aaaarrrgggghhh!
When I tried to discuss this matter with them they evaded the key point relating to what I was promised over and over. Be very careful using these guys!
