All comments previous to mine were when Knapp's owned this business. I find the prices here-particularly the non plant section to be ridiculously expensive.
The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about what I was asking. They even agreed to work with $25 on a prepaid MasterCard, and they said they would work backwards from there.

They even deliver around 20 KM from Penticton to Okanagan Falls, for $13 flat-rate.
(Apparently, they deliver seven days a week.)
Great service and knowledgable staff. My yard is coming to life thanks to these good people (and the work my wife has put in... and the work she makes me put in)
