BEWARE!!
It's really sad when a son who's father just passed away says"He's in a better place now, he wasn't getting the care he needed at this place." It's too bad that some of the employees working at Trillium Lodge in Parksville, BC lack compassion & caring for not only the residents, but also the familiies. Some people should not be allowed to care for the elderly, & obviously they have some of these people on their staff. Don't let your loved-ones go there.
