Without exaggerating I’d say my first service at Spunky’s was the worst mechanic/repair experience of my life. I was quoted over the phone $700, when I picked up the quad the bill was for $1700, No call or notification that it would be over quote. Second there were was damage to the body of the quad while in their possession (quad was freshly painted a couple weeks back). Lastly, I received it with a broken speedo and 4x4, and now when I call I’m always told their mechanic is busy. Never again

This place has terrible customer service. I don’t recommend anyone go here

If I could give it no stars I would. The people who work here have a chip on their shoulder. Go somewhere else.

Why waste your time?

So many things wrong with this place. I stood at the front of the line for 45 minutes after the guy behind the counter directed the woman behind me to the front. Then chatted and showed pictures to eachother. Today, I asked for a simple 10 dollar part and the guy tried to tell me that there only exists a 200$ part. A quick google search later I had 4 companies in the US giving me bids for the 10 dollar part. Skip the lazy middle man and just order parts online yourself.
