I just wanted to take a moment to say how -excellent- an experience I had with Rod and Able Auto glass. Going across the Alex Fraser bridge on a Saturday afternoon with epic rain, I got a rock in my windshield and I could see it spreading. As soon as I could pull over, I called around, and the places close to me were either closed already or 20 minutes away from closing and they had no interest in a lowly repair. When I called Rod in desperation, he was kind and courteous, and although he was already closed, offered to wait for me while I drove from Vancouver to New West. Unlike my previous experience years ago, he did not try to scare me into replacing the windshield, simply said that he was 90% sure a repair would be enough, but if it didn't, I should just call and he would come to me with mobile services. He fixed it in record time, with courtesy and calmness. He was a complete lifesaver and I have taken a number of his cards and plan on passing them out. Thank you, Rod!!!!
Able Auto Glass guarantees their work. I had a windshield replaced there...great work, and great people! I had a broken passenger mirror, these great people replaced it for free. I was so pleased with the people and the quality of service they provide. I highly recommend them.
