Kal Tire

I went to Kaltire today regarding a shakiness with my tires. I thought I just needed a torquing. Good thing the Service Manager Trevor checked thoroughly and discovered that the previous tire place (not Kaltire) hadn’t done a good job to the point my tires could have come off. He balanced and brushed off all the debris and tightened them for no charge. What fantastic service!! Every time I go to this location, I always great treated so well. Feel very grateful!

went to kaltire in maple ridge about 1 week ago regarding my truck pulling to right they inspected my truck and told me my joints were needing to be replaced and need an alignment. They gave me an estimate of just shy of $600.00. I got a 2nd opinion only to be told my pull is due to poor tires and need tires replaced. I did replace my tires and guess what? NO MORE PULL as a single lady supporting 2 kids this is very disgusting and greasy customer service i have advised all my family and friends

They are so helpful and friendly every time I need to go in. They all seem honest and the work was done in a timely fashion.

If you are looking for a SLOW SERVICE than this plase is for you. Book appointments for 4:30 few days before. Promised that car will be ready for 5:30. Had to wait till 6:30. NEVER COMING BACK!!!!

Kal Tire in MapleRidge "used to" be my favourite tire store. But on my last visit I was promised it will take less then a hour (fix flat tire).., ovet two hours later..,,finally done. Was it because the tires were bought at a different Kaltire? Hopefully on my next visit I'm able to give them a satisfying 5 star
