I purchased a Vape from this store. I had no hesitation going there as i have been to the poco location a few times and had some great customer experiences. Boy is this location different. For starters the staff there lack any knowledge about the product. I was upsold on a vape that came with a warranty because the battery on these pens tend to have issues. A week later the pen brakes, and the owner will take Zero responsibility. Do not support this business.

I bought a $200 vape Sept 2017. By mid Nov the two mouthpieces were cracked and breaking. I called the store on a Monday. We will get back to you. Tuesday I called again. Owner "Call me back later if I forget." Wed I called again. I am busy with customers. I then went to the store. He would check with the sales rep. The next Tuesday I called agian. The vape maker would cover the cost of the unit but he was keeping the markup. He said he was tired of talking about it and that I am a bully.
