Great! Pat is very knowledgeable and not only did he clean our chimney and give us a Wett certification for our insurance, he pointed out a couple of issues with our fireplace chimney that had been missed during installation (and cleaning by a different company). He added the missing caulking and also replaced the gasket on our wood stove door and now our stove is better than ever! It heats up so much better and uses less wood. Thanks Pat!
My experience was very similar to the one above, no shows, reschedules, missed appointments, not returning phone calls, 8 weeks of hassle and then they said "we won't be able to do the job."
Made an appointment in mid September to clean my chimney. Was told the soonest was Oct 5th--I booked it--got a call,from them, to cancel and reschedule for Oct 18th--waited ALL DAY--No Show-I called and they "forgot to reschedule"-I was told they would be here on Tues. Oct 24th--this WAS THEIR DATE--at 4PM--Waited till 5:10PM--No Show--Called them and was told I was Scheduled for Wed.--They had told me Tues!!!! TERRIBLE SERVICE!! SHOULD SAY --NO SERVICE!! NOT RELIABLE!!
