Worst Store EVER!
This store just relocated from Richmond BC, where I bought a couch and love seat from the owner, Terry, in October 2012. He was helpful and friendly, until the furniture was delivered with a flaw. For the past five months I have be trying to get him to fix it, but to no avail. He doesn't return my calls and the only time I can talk to him is when I drive to his store. He has all the excuses and promises, but nothing ever happens. I warn you to not shop at his new store in Langley. His five year protection plan is a lie. He will not fix anything. Mega Furniture takes pride in trying to make all our customers happy to the best of our abilities. In response to this compliant, I told Kelly J that someone from the factory would contact her. She told me two weeks later that no one contacted her. After that we gave the direct number of the factory owner to Kelly J. According to Kelly J no one from the factory came to fix her furniture and I was not aware of this until I received a call from her. As a result, I went out of my way to make my customer satisfied. I told the customer I would pay for a qualified technician to fix her furniture from my own pocket even though it was not my warranty and it was the factory warranty. The factory is responsible to deal with warranties not Mega Furniture. Despite this not being our responsibility, I fixed it right away. We really apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused.
