I book an appointment twice and guess what got reschedule twice and they always said that its not there fault giving wrong information is not there fault asking to rebook is the only solution they could think to solve the situation or ask you to go somewhere else
Bought battery for kids quad. It worked for 1 day and then went down to 3 v. I’m living 5 hours away so it was rather inconvenient to receive a defective battery. Asked for refund or store credit due to unreliability after waiting 30 min for store to verify it was faulty. 30 more min paper Work and 3 more lines . Last item I buy at Canadian tire unless it’s water during a drought. No desire to deal with this unreasonable company. Buy your car parts from professionals not this lacklustre outfit.
Not bad . But the out of stocks are annoying
The managers service was terrible. I have not got that kind of service. She even told a lie. A (call centers) teller of manufacturer of vacuum machine had a conversation with the manager; after that, I was told that I could get a refund and I also got an another offer via telephone for a different model. However, she denied the availability of refund. At first, she denied an exchange of a defective machine. Finally, after a conversation of a teller of manufacturer, she offered just exchange.
