Yuppie Puppy

I have been a client for some time. At the time of my dog's last grooming I asked a couple of questions namely about why it takes about 4 hours to have a grooming done on a small co-operative dog. I feel they make their appointments to suit themselves and then they leave the dog in a cage during much of that time. The owner says they are just enjoying their time with the dogs... I was so pleased with my dog's first appointment on Monday with Teresa. She made arrangements for him to come at a quiet time as he has had some very stressful situations at other groomings. Her calm and caring manner mad it easy for him and the result was very nice. I cannot thank her enough. High recommend
