Owned and operated by Red Seal Chef Kirsten Pridham, with over 20 years experience in the food & wine industry in Kelowna, BC. All of our delicious sweets are custom made in our health inspected and licensed commercial studio, and feature quality ingredients and recipes.
?Our cakes are old fashioned butter cakes, with a rich texture, and never made from a mix. Our buttercream isn't your typical icing sugar and butter frosting. We make a premium quality Italian meringue buttercream, used by pastry chefs all over the world. It's light, fluffy, and just sweet enough!
