The owner asks for 50% down;when he is done you pay the other 50%. So we gave our deposit-$779 , no news after 6 wks later, so I called him. All Tech has an office & must have people in place to return cust' calls&secure the business’ intentions. He said it was my personality who was anxious. Did not apologize &stay calm. He was irritated,&right away defended his business. You win 1 cust.@a time,&it starts with dealing with your delays. I was very disappointed w/the way he handled my business.
