Does not hesitate to drop your load. Books loads then cancels last minuet. Also, has no problem calling your customer direct.

Worst trucking company I have ever used. I booked a hotshot delivery 10 hours away and the load made it to site 40 hours later (30 hours late). The representative that I spoke with while trying to locate this truck while in transit could not provide answers and blatantly lied to me. This company cost my client thousands of dollars and our relationship. DO NOT BOOK WITH HEARTLAND
