"Unethical" Jewellers Before I was born my dad panned for gold in the island rivers around here. After I was born he cast 2 silver rings one filled with gold bars and one with black. Brad left me with a gumball machine tchotchke where there were once thick bars of gold and gas lit me to say it did not happen. Told me the original size was “12” when it was 10 for missing weight. I have exact copy. This is a regular coin clipping, gas lighting operation. Wait to see it on the CBC “Marketplace”.

The owner is such a talented designer he is meticulous to ensure the client is completely satisfied with each custom design. Cant say enough good things about this store and their service. A1 +++++

Their custom work is incredible!!! Had my wedding ring crafted with them. Best service and experience i could have imagined. My entire family has now gone here for repairs!

A friend and I popped into this shop to check it out. The fellow behind the counter whom I presume was the owner was having a heated argument with 3 customers. (3 ladies actually) Whatever the problem was I felt this fellow was handling the issue very unprofessionally and so after making sure that it wasn't escalating into anything too violent we left the store. We will NOT return to this business.

Beware....

The owner of this store is incredibly unprofessional. I was not happy with a repair to a piece of jewelry I had left there, he would not take any responsibility for the mistake....blamed his staff members and also blamed me. He also put down the jewelry which I found insulting as it was an heirloom. Will not recommend anyone to frequent this business!
