Not a place I would go to purchase a bike or for that matter anything bike related. Everyone is affected by COVID, not just your staff/ owner and as a customer we are extremely cautious of what we touch in your store as well, which means we don’t go about and touch every single thing. I have been your customer for a long time and should have not been treated that way, to be pressured to buy the item and not to browse your store because you guys don’t want to clean every single item I touch, (I d

    Great deals and awesome bikes!

Last year we were in the market for a bike for my teenage son. I was willing to spend a little more to get something that would last him through a few growth spurts and that he could handle. But I was also looking for something that could handle a teenager! After stops at a few other bike shops from Richmond, White Rock - even Langley - we wound up here. Right away we found that they talked with us not AT us and really taught us a lot about finding a good bike for him. We chose a Gary Fisher Bitter that was on sale and what a deal! Now a year later and my son still LOVES his bike. I ride it too and I can see why he likes it so much. Sure beats my CCM Mustang Murauder I had in the 70's!

First, thank you for taking the time to give us your valuable feedback. We are always looking for ways to improve our service! Our bikes are priced slightly higher than what you might find at a big box store because we carry higher quality bikes that will last long enough to be passed from child to child or be used for many years (with proper upkeep and maintenance). Our service rates are lower than most qualified bike shops and we do our best to carry competitively priced parts. On service, we admit we are not perfect, especially during our two busiest times: first thing in the morning when customers are dropping off their bikes on their way to work and in the late afternoon near the end of the day. We would ask you to drop by any time so that we can show you that we care about everyone in our community and that we try our very best to treat every customer with respect and help them with their cycling needs.
