Waiter messed up and brought a mixed tempura order when we'd ordered only prawn, resulting in less prawn vs a full order.
When we politely told him he took it back, then came back with the same dish and argued that he didn't need to correct it & was not responsible because my mom had taken a single bite of a yam piece (as she didn't realize we'd ordered only prawn).
Wasn't asking for them to adjust the bill, just wanted what we'd ordered. No apology and argued with us until we accepted it.
