Worst experience ever. My wife wanted to return an item because it had some make up stains on it, and she didn't notice them buying. Rude cashier refused to accept returns, even made notes on the receipt not to return or exchange or make price adjustments in any H&M store. She was stating that the item had some make up stains. But the fact is that it was the reason of the return. All items of that kind had make up stains, may be due to popularity and many people have tried it in fitting rooms. N
