I bought this trailer online on Mar-17-21. This item was to be delivered on Mar-22-21. I waited until today (Mar-25-21) to call and inquire about the status of the order. I was on hold for about 40 min, which is fine they were busy. However, when someone did answer and I inquired about my order, the gentleman simply said we have not been able to place the order yet. When he said he would inquire with his manager, he kept me on hold for another 20 min then hung up on me, ( shift was over)
I walked in and was obviously looking for something. At least 3 employees walked past me as I was looking at the hanging sign and no one said anything. I asked the 4th where a product was. Without making eye contact she said they didnt carry the product. She didnt even stop walking! Worst customer service Ive seen in a while. Wont be returning - there are enough home improvement stores around.
Spoke to a manager about a product that was on sale the next day. He told me he wouldn’t honour the price early because he wouldn’t get store credit if he did that. Asked him what about customer service. He said store credit was more important. Thanks Ryan.
