My husband bought our sectional from Jags in November 2019. It was delivered with 1 piece missing (console) and 1 piece was wrong (not a power recliner which we paid for). We had to phone multiple times to get the power recliner. We just finally received the console 8 months after purchase. Multiple times they claimed they didn’t know we were still waiting for both pieces. Won’t buy from them again.

I worked with Sam at the Abby location. The whole experience was low pressure but Sam offered some really great advice and design tips as I shopped. I love having the opportunity to choose my own fabrics from a huge selection and I also appreciated being able to buy good quality, canadian made furniture. Delivery was quick and they set up and took away the packing materials. Overall a great experience.

We bought a bed three weeks ago and asked that they deliver it today. I phoned this morning to confirm that we would get the bed today and they said yes. At 4:00 today I phoned again and asked where it was, they said that the mattress was backordered and they didn`t get it until today after the deliveries went out. They said I would now have to wait until next Friday before we get it. I told them that we`ve already given them three weeks and they said it would be here today and they basically said `too bad.` My son now has to sleep on the floor for a week because I took his crib apart and got rid of it to make room for the bed.
