Absolutely terribly service. I went in there looking for wireless headphones. I spoke with the manager and he started to sell me a new phone plan. It sounded too good to be true so I asked a lot of questions. I didn’t have proper ID on me and said I would be back tomorrow. I came back and asked all the same questions so the new tablet and the new phone plan combines would be $60 a month. Yes. Then at the end he told me it would be $15 more a month then agreed on. He also lied about cancelling.
The store manager is not at all pleasing. The one Indian guy with grey beard. I had a bitter experience with my earphone being replaced. I had a three times replacement warranty and he said he could not give me a better quality earphone instead offered me a cheaper quality headphone. I would say such staffs should be definitely removed and some good helping customer friendly staffs should be placed
