Kondro did the original work on our commercial building. Some bulbs needed to be replaced and they had done service work for us before so placed a call to them to get replacement bulbs. They said that I could go to a specialty store to obtain as not available at regular hardware store. Got the bill today and there is a $180 charge to pick up the bulbs. Must have sent a journeyman electrician to pick them up. Called as this was not explained in my original call. They are unwilling to budge.
