This is the most disrespectful cleaners in Medicine Hat. They completely destroyed a wedding gown left in their care. They initially admitted to the damage and wanted another attempt, it was taken to another cleaner that tried their best to fix it but only improved it slightly. Provided with picture proof the owner and staff ganged up on the bride denying any wrong doing or willingness to provide any compensation. Disgusting business practice.
