Poor communications and service
Reaching anyone through their phone system is almost impossible. Their response times to reply to messages is unacceptable. Somehow my HP RMA request landed on their desks... after over a week I still had nobody on-site to replace a vital server component. Even HP Enterprise support could not get through to them to get a status update. They give me the direct phone Nr. of the person in charge... no answer or responses from their end. We ended up to cancel the authorization for Warranty Repair.
