If he tells you to be there ‘BY’ 5:00 pm, he means ‘AROUND’ 5:00. I arrived ‘BEFORE’ 5:00 pm — about 4:10 — and had to wait for some time. He assured me that his use of English was accurate, because that is what ‘BY’ would mean when translated directly from Punjabi. He apologized for the ‘miscommunication’ only because I am older than he is, not because there was something he needed to learn about the English language. Didn’t mind the waiting so much as the attitude.

This place is horrible. It’s absolutely filthy in there. Old dirty towels on exam table, animal hair everywhere. The pet food shelves were bare. The vet seemed totally incompetent and unable to understanding English. He is rude and tried to pressure me to get $200 xrays for a sprained toe in a cat. He didn’t listen and yelled over me when I was trying to talk. Pinched my cats arm to make me cry so I would think she was more injured. HORRIBLE experience! Go somewhere else FOR SURE!

Kiko had her teeth cleaned and three teeth pulled. She had excellent care and has no more problems eating. Couldn't ask for better service

Our 2 dogs decided to have a fight, and one dog was pretty beat up (lacerated ear and a puncture to back). We took the dogs to Dr. Sami right at closing time, and he stayed open, called in an extra staffer to help, and stitched up our pooch right away. Pricing was very reasonable and it was clear that he loves animals.

A few years ago when we decided to move to Chestermere we began taking our senior German Shepard to Fauna Animal Hospital and we have been very happy with our decision. Dr. Sahi saw her through three separate serious health crises and many minor problems and he treated her so well. She actually enjoyed going to see the vet! She is gone now but when we are ready to get a new dog we will certainly be returning.

Highly recommended place. I always take my pets there as he is there when we need him, even after hours.

Vet..was exceptional... with my Cat...she had 2 canine teeth pulled top and bottom..she was listless..before..she is 10 years ..old..now....she climbs trees..runs..eats good..would recommend ...
