We had a very polite, knowledgeable technician. He made suggestions and let us chose which option we were happy with. We are only one month into the 90 guarantee so we will see if the problem is solved in one application!

Reliable, knowledgeable and professional!! Not sure how good the results will be yet as I have to give it a few weeks. My only issue was the price. I didn't get a chance to compare but it cost $275 to set up 7 or 8 mouse traps and push some steel wool into a couple spots outside, he was in and out in about 30 minutes. Now that I know what to do, I'll do it myself next time for under $20...
