I tried the system, found it wasn't for me, I cancelled within the allotted 10 days hassle free "trial" but after I cancelled it and the technician came on removed everything, I received a $650 bill about a month later. I called and explained everything and they ensured me this was just a mistake on there side. A couple of months go by and I call again, they tell me the problem still has not been resolved and that I still owe them $650. Why?
The absolute worst customer service . We were told by the rep that came to our door “ we would receive 3 months free , pay 30$ a month and could cancel anytime.” That was not the case . Have been calling for the last 3 weeks talking to different people and no one can help me . Don’t send people door to door if you care to going to back what they are selling. I wouldn’t recommend ADT to anyone .

Hey anonymous, sorry to hear of this experience, definitely not how we operate or have our staff represent us. We'd love to fix this but cant seem to find any account information as you have no name. Over the holidays our staff was limited and have also hired and training more, for faster service. You must have been caught in this transition. If you'd like call the office or better yet, send an email through our website to be able to track this concern, and we can correct.
Terrible cust service they don’t care once you’ve signed up! Have to keep calling and emailing, I have had bug so much to get my system working properly, they’ve turned me into the worst customer because they don’t care to look after their equipment issues. Installed Jul 1, still waiting for it to work properly. Will not recommend to anyone I know even for a hefty referral reward that is promised. I don’t believe that would come through and I’m not interested in fighting for that either!
I've been trying to get ahold of someone to take a look at our security system for over a month as we've been having issues with it, I've talked to one person of which they said they get get in touch with me, haven't heard anything in over two weeks. Not very impressed with the customer service and they seem to be very slow and not care too much.

We had a full security system installed in our house last month. There were a couple of hiccups at the beginning with some of the sensors from our previous security system. But they were super prompt in fixing it. Amazing customer service! So happy with the product and would recommend this to family and friends.
