After recently moving to the west springs area i was in search of a drycleaners. I came across drylcleaning by dave. From the moment I walked into the door I was treated very kindly. My husbands shirts and suits have always came back with the stains removed, pressed to perfection and any loose buttons replaced! Highly recommend them, they are wonderful!
I have been going to this dry cleaner for a little while now, seem to take pretty good care of the clothes. My last order a skirt was not included with the order so I phone them. I spoke with two ladies two different times who said they would phone me back after they checked one insinuated I lost the skirt. Never called back. I phoned the manager 4 times of which 3 times I reached him and on those occasions he was going to check the plant for my skirt and phone me back. Never returned my message or phoned me back on those other three occasions. I visited the store two times no one was authorized to help me on the third time the manager was there. He insinuated on a few occasions I was lying and there was no way they would give a non-complete order. I lost it, it disappeared, I dropped it. After several minutes of embarrassing talk he offered a credit????Right and I want to continue to do business here. We agreed I would buy the skirt and then I would have to drive back and submit the receipt for a refund within 7-10 business days! About an hour later after I had purchased another skirt I get a message he FOUND the skirt it fell of the rack near the conveyer belt. He was sending it back to the plant to be re-drycleaned no credit for all the inconvenience nothing...I will never do business again with this company.
