Owner(s) do not respond in a timely fashion or not at all. They come to your site at odd hours, ie after supper, without contacting you first. The just show up at your door. They think its fine to arrive at off business hours (8 PM) but then when you need a bin removed (even in unusual circumstances) it is too much of an inconvenience and will "schedule you in" when completely convenient for them. This means you will not be scheduled in and its up to the renter to keep phoning them.
