Brutal - Purchase...

Brutal - Purchased a top of the line (hah!) tent trailer from them 2 years ago. Broke down so many times in the first summer I demanded my money back. They said the best they could do is take it back in trade - for about 1/2 what I paid for it. General manager said "Trailers break all the time. That's what warranties are for." Like, who cares if your vacations are ruined. 2 years later and already 15 (count 'em fifteen!) issues needing repairs. In the shop more than out.
