Patios to soak up the sun during Summerlicious in Toronto

Cactus Club
A Summerlicious meal on Cactus Club’s rooftop patio is the perfect spot for those power lunches. Originally from Vancouver, Cactus Club headed east a few years ago, and has been packed ever since. Located in the heart of the Financial District, the patio has tonnes of natural light and seats about 175 people.

F’Amelia
Italian restaurant and wine bar F’Amelia is the perfect spot for a Summerlicious date night. The romantic ambience of the restaurant continues onto the sidewalk patio. Complete with a large canopy to block the sun during lunch and hanging fairy lights during dinner service, F’Amelia’s patio is cozy and intimate.

Momofuku Daisho
Located on the third floor of the restaurant, Momofuku Daisho’s patio overlooks Queen and University. A massive space, it seats about 80, and is the perfect spot to enjoy your family-style Summerlicious meal. Daisho’s eclectic cuisine and fusion of local ingredients and Asian flair makes this spot a Summerlicious favourite.

Nuit Social
Nuit Social’s backyard patio is cozy and the perfect spot to enjoy charcuterie this Summerlicious. Toronto foodies are always clamoring for Nuit Social’s renowned charcuterie plates every year and for good reason. Taking inspiration from Spain, Italy and France the food is some of the best in the city.

Globe Bistro
A rooftop patio like no other, Globe Bistro is serving up its famous farm-to-table eats this Summerlicious. The rooftop patio is truly the best seat in the house, and houses a wine and cocktail bar. The elegant patio seats about 60 people.

Kasa Moto
Chic sushi spot Kasa Moto has one of the liveliest patios in Yorkville! The rooftop patio is massive – it seats about 180 people. The patio features its own bar and is heated for those cool summer nights.

America
For a view of the city like no other, you’re going to want to check out America this Summerlicious. Offering its take on American regional cuisine, the patio offers a stunning view of the downtown core for diners enjoying dinner or lunch. The balcony-style seating is luxe and comfortable! It seats 20.

Boku Sushi
Great news: one of the best patios in the Distillery Historic District is participating in Sumemerlicious this year! The modern sushi spot is open for lunch and dinner service offering a unique take on the classic Japanese dish. The East meets West take on sushi is also mirrored on the patio, fusing together the two décor styles for a stellar patio experience.

Diwan
Diwan’s Middle Eastern cuisine is top-notch, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise that it’s a top choice come Summerlicious time. The elegant décor continues onto the patio, where there’s always something on the grill! A must-try on your Summerlicious hit list, Diwan’s patio mimics the architectural beauty of the Aga Khan Museum.

La Societe
Sophisticated and Parisian is the perfect way to describe the patios at La Societe, and Summerlicious is the perfect time of year to check out both of its luxe patios! The street-level patio is the perfect spot to people-watch while the elevated patio gives you a picturesque view of Bloor West. The side-walk patio seats 76, while the second-level patio seats 78.
